But I still wimped.
As of late, I'm suffering from a bad case of project anxiety. I think myself out of any home improvement before I even start. And with the lamest of reasons. So, my french doors still aren't black.
I did manage to get this vintage headboard listed in the shop.
The color is Benjamin Moore's Sun Kissed Yellow in a satin.
Charlotte, very enthusiastically, helped me with the white trim. No worries…it's just water on her brush. :)

ReplyDeleteGorgeous! Wish I lived even remotely close so I could buy it!
ReplyDeleteA great combination of class and cheer :) Love it!
ReplyDeleteI am loving yellow these days! So bright and cheery :)
ReplyDeleteThe yellow is so adorable yet chic! I will definitely check it out!
ReplyDeleteI've wanted to do the same thing to my french doors. I'll do mine if you do yours. :) Love the headboard by the way - so happy!!
ReplyDeleteI painted my french doors black and I love it! It gives a little bit of drama in the otherwise bland dining room. Go ahead and give it a shot. It's only paint. :)
ReplyDeleteAwesome color! Love your method for keeping the little one busy!
ReplyDeleteAll of your work is so inspirational. The yellow head board is perfect and sure to make someone's room bright and happy:)
ReplyDeleteLike the headboard - Love the girls!!
ReplyDeleteSo glad to see you back! I'm planning to paint our entry door black soon. BTW, you were featured in our tiny little local paper- The Press-Eastern Maumee Bay (just outside Toledo Ohio). I made everyone read it :-).
ReplyDeleteOur entry doors are black on both sides. After painting the entry and hallway walls a soft gray, I painted our interior doors black - all of the sides facing the hall/main area of the house and love how it looks. Give it a try - it's only paint.
ReplyDeleteGORGEOUS!! So cheery and bright. It's great to have you back!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful headboard! So fun and bright. A nice ray of sunshine for the bedroom. It's cute to see your little daughter helping you out.
ReplyDeleteI love it Natty!

I'm so happy you're back, I've really missed your posts (I hope that doesn't sound totally stalkery). Hope everything is going well, and the pieces are AMAZING, as always.
