buy my paint?

We've lived in this house for three years and I just barely mustered the courage to paint our master bedroom!  I went through ten sample grays and settled on one that I loved.  I headed to the BM store and picked up five gallons of my favorite wall paint in Horizon.
I got all set up, shades taken down, baseboards and ceilings taped and started painting.  But the color was too dark for the "barely there" color I was going for.  I kept trying to convince myself that it was a beautiful color and it would look fab in the end, but ultimately ended up shelling out another $250 for five gallons of a different color.

So in the end, I have five extra gallons of top of the line paint I'm not going to use.
Any takers?
update: 1 gallon eggshell available (perfect sheen for kitches and baths), 4 gallons matte sold.

Benjamin Moore's Regal Matte is hands-down my favorite wall paint…and I've tried many.  It's actually a washable flat paint.  You can scrub it like crazy and it doesn't rub off like most flat paints.  It's also the consistency of pudding and most light colors go on with one heavy coat.  Total time saver.  The gallons run $50 plus tax, I'm selling these for $35 each.  4 cans of matte and one eggshell.

A few spaces painted in Horizon OC-53…

  1. I am in Australia so cannot buy your paint lol but I recently painted my bedroom in a light grey, and at first I thought the colour was too dark. I left it a few days and thankfully, it grew on me! I love the pictures you've shown of the rooms painted in this paint, just gorgeous. You can't go wrong with barely there grey with white trim, it is just lovely :)

    1. Benjamin Moore Classic Gray. It looks like it has quite a brown tint, but on my walls with the lighting in my room, it's the perfect hint of gray. You'd never guess looking in the can, but it has blue undertones on my walls. Quite common for grays - they're the hardest to pick. The color on my walls looks just like this image http://www.bhg.com/decorating/color/paint/designers-favorite-wall-colors/#page=1
