My cousin's baby shower was yesterday and I brought my favorite brownies to share. They're fudgey, not cakey, just like a brownie should be.
1 C. melted butter
4 eggs
1 C. brown sugar
1 C. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 C. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 C. flour
1 C. flour
Mix the first five ingredients then add the cocoa. Combine the dry ingredients then add those and mix.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. The key to their delicious fudginess, is to not over-bake.
Try not to eat too many - the guilt is never worth it :)
Enjoy!
I'm always trying to find the perfect brownie recipe - can't wait to try.
