Paint Color Reference - Part 1

I receive a lot of emails asking for paint colors from past furniture projects.  They're listed in the original posts, but to make them a little more accessible, I've put them together in a two part post as a quick reference.

All colors are Benjamin Moore...and not for an specific reason other than they have good colors. :)

Click on each photo to take you to the original before and after post.

  2. These are beautiful colors! I don't think I have the "balls" to try them this bold in my house. HAHAHA, but maybe on a smaller scale, perhaps? Thanks!! :)

Glad you differentiated between "balls" and balls. You can have the former even if you don't have the latter. ;)

  4. I'm not surprised people ask you about your colours - you have an amazing eye for picking colours that enhance the piece your working on!

Love all of your pieces! You noted you use foam brushes is this also what you typically use for the tops of the larger dressers as well? Do you recommend a satin or semi-gloss or is it per project?
    Thanks!

    1. I rarely use anything other than a spray gun. I do use foam brushes for touch-up though. As far as the sheen, it depends on the look you're going for - both will wear well.
